Our Application is made simple for your convenience. Below are the steps you will need to take in order to work with Horizon Pacific Staffing as a Health Care Professional 

Step 1- Complete Application-

Step 2- Wait for a Recruiter to contact you or you may call email:

Step 3: Send in your credentials: 

2 forms of ID

Professional License

Tb Test ( Within 1 year old)

Physical (Within 1 year old)

Current Resume


Cpr Card/ BLS

Flu  ( if Flu Season Nov 1 thru May 31st ) 

Step 3:

Complete the online skill test and Reference forms

Step 4: Complete the On-boarding New hire paperwork

Step 5 Background and drug screen

Step 6- Pick your shifts and start working
